Nous recherchons un coordinateur marketing talentueux pour rejoindre notre équipe et mener de multiples projets de marketing numérique à partir du **8 juillet 2024**. En tant que coordinateur marketing, vous serez chargé de superviser et de réaliser des projets marketing. Votre rôle s’articulera autour du marketing numérique, de la gestion de projets, de l'organisation de salons professionnels, de la diffusion vidéo en direct et son montage, du soutien à l'équipe de conception graphique et de la gestion des médias sociaux. Vos compétences analytiques seront essentielles pour l'analyse des rapports et pour garantir l'efficacité des campagnes. La capacité à travailler sous pression et à s'adapter à de nouveaux défis sera essentielle dans cet environnement dynamique.

**Expérience requise**:

- 1 à 2 ans à un poste similaire dans le secteur du E-commerce de bijoux (bijouterie en ligne) - 4 ans à un poste en marketing B2B, ventes B2B ou équivalent.
- Expérience confirmée de la gestion de projets en tant que coordinateur ou à un poste similaire.
- Licence ou plus

**Compétences requises et tâches**:

- Très bonnes compétences en matière de rapports et d'analyse - Compétences pour la rédaction d'articles sur le secteur de la bijouterie, ainsi que pour la collecte et recherche de support de communication
- Répondre aux questions des clients
- Assister et coordonner la préparation de brochures, de rapports, de bulletins d'information et d'autres documents.
- Coordonner les campagnes numériques
- Pensée créative & maîtrise de la conception graphique
- Préparer des présentations pour clients B2B des stratégies marketing & l'analyse des ventes
- Maintenir une base de données de matériel de marketing
- Expérience dans l'organisation d'émissions numériques en direct
- Compétences en montage vidéo
- Bilingue en anglais et en français, l'allemand est un plus.
- Succès avéré dans l'organisation de salons et d'expositions
- Expérience en marketing numérique, y compris des placards/bandeaux publicitaires et du référencement payant
- Expérience de la gestion et de la vente sur des marchés numériques
- Expérience de la gestion des réseaux sociaux
- Expérience confirmée dans la préparation de stratégies et de matériel de marketing
- Capacité à travailler sous pression
- Flexibilité et capacité d'adaptation pour relever quotidiennement de nouveaux défis.

**Programmes requis**:

- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Expérience confirmée avec Adobe Photoshop et Canva
- E-camm pour la diffusion de vidéos en direct
- Programmes de montage vidéo tels que Premiere Pro et ClipChamp
- Maîtrise des plateformes de marketing numérique telles que Promote IQ, Mirakle et Walmart Connect.
- Expérience de la vente sur Etsy

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing a variety of marketing initiatives. Your role will involve digital marketing, project management, trade show organization, live streaming, video editing, supporting the graphic design team, and social media management. Your analytical skills will be crucial for report analysis, ensuring effective campaign performance. The ability to work under pressure and adapt to new challenges will be essential in this dynamic environment.

**Experience Required**:

- 1-2 years in a similar position in the Jewelry Sector in E-commerce
- 4 years in a position in B2B marketing, B2B sales or similar
- Proven record of project management experience as a coordinator or similar role
- Bachelor's degree or higher

**Skills Required & Tasks**:

- Excellent reporting and analysis skills
- Writing skills for articles about the jewelry sector as well as gathering and researching communication material
- Answer Customer Inquiries
- Assist and coordinate the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials
- Co-ordinate digital campaigns
- Creative thinking & graphic design proficiency
- Prepare presentations for B2B clients about marketing strategies & sales analytics
- Maintain creative asset database
- Experience in organizing digital live shows
- Video editing skills
- Bilingual in English and French, German is a plus
- Demonstrated success in organizing trade shows and exhibitions
- Digital marketing experience, including Search ads and display ads
- Experience with managing and selling on marketplaces
- Social media management experience
- Proven record of preparing marketing strategies and materials
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility and adaptability to tackle new challenges daily
