FLO is looking for a highly skilled, bilingual (French and English) Channel Marketing Manager, who will develop marketing strategies that target specific channels to promote products or services, and create marketing programs, coordinate campaigns, and analyze competitor behavior to optimize marketing strategies.

The Channel Marketing Manager will support the Program Marketing Director and CMO with executing marketing strategies in concert with our channel partners to drive education, awareness and demand. This position plays a key role in the planning, execution and distribution for channel activities and marketing materials, being the liaison between Sales and Marketing when working with distributors, value-added re-sellers, and other channel partners.

The Channel Marketing Manager is expected to be on the road visiting channel partners for 30-50% of time.

**BY JOINING OUR TEAM, YOU WILL**
- Evaluate and improve existing channel marketing strategies, online and offline by conducting regular meetings with partner’s marketing and sales teams.
- Develop new channel marketing strategies, materials and campaigns, while implementing the company’s marketing plan.
- Help establish and build channel marketing programs, working closely with sales and partners to ensure channels are meeting their targets.
- Run cost/benefit and budget analysis to create, oversee and update marketing programs to support FLO’s internal business development team as well as representatives from channel partners.
- Identify key store locations to develop and deploy in-store advertising.
- Target specific channels to promote products and services, primarily through distribution centers, retail and value-added resellers.
- Develop a partner/electrician learning platform focused on the value proposition for contractors, giving them the appropriate selling tools to position FLO and allow for faster expansion.
- Execute the channel marketing plan with excellence, fostering the relationship between FLO and its channel partners.
- Determine the best platforms and means to advertise within the channels, adapting campaigns accordingly to optimize results.
- Gather marketing campaign data, evaluate the impact of strategies, and report the results.
- Perform regular visits and reviews of distribution retail locations, while searching for ways to optimize FLO’s presence with each partner.
- Promote and ultimately increase share of mind and voice within each channel partner.
- Evaluate, plan and execute a channel tradeshow and events strategy in collaboration with local channel partners, creating a deeper connection with local electrician and contractors.
- Propel the standardization of marketing support with channel partners, managing a rapid scaling network of distributors and VARs.
- Be able to pitch and evangelize the FLO story to new partners for onboarding purposes.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Degree in marketing, business or related fields;
- Proven success with 2-5 years experience in marketing and/or sales in a corporate environment. Experience within electrical distribution is a plus;
- Previous experience liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders, such as graphic design, web development, sales, distributors and other suppliers;
- Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills;
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, without losing a customer-service oriented attitude;
- Bilingual (English and French);
- Able to travel internationally (Canada/US).

**YOUR ASSETS**
- Experience within the EV industry;
- Experience working with distributors and electrical contractors;
- Advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Excel.
