Benefits & HR Coordinator

**Your mission**:
The Benefits & HR Coordinator is key to the success of the Mondi Hinton HR Team and ensures the timely and accurate administration of the employee benefits programs and other HR processes.
- Administration of employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and well-being programs.
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on benefit related matters.
- Liasing with benefits and pension carriers to ensure employee enrolments and billings are correct.
- Generating weekly and monthly reports and performing regular audits relateive the benefit and retirement set-ups in our HR systems.
- Suppurting various other HR processes along the whole employee lifecycle (e.g. recruiting, payroll, etc.).
- Collaborating with the local and regional HR team around projects to constantly improve the employee experience at Mondi Hinton.

- A minimum of 5 years of work experience in an HR and/or administrative function.
- Curiosity and openness to learning and taking over new tasks.
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems.
- Creative mindset (i.e. building new systems and processes).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain sustainable relationships.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
