Construction Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage all aspects of on-site construction activities, including scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and internal team members.
- Supervise and mentor site foremen and laborers to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Utilize framing experience to oversee and evaluate the quality of framing work performed on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues that may impact project progress and/or quality.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and correspondence with stakeholders.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and people skills to foster positive working relationships with all project stakeholders.
- Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a site superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
- Project management experience.
- Extensive framing experience with a strong understanding of construction techniques and materials.
- Prior experience in housing development, with a track record of successfully managing residential construction projects.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
**Salary**: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
