**Position Summary**:
We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and skilled Outside Sales Representative with a deep understanding of metal fabrication and the industry at large. This commission-based role is perfect for a strategic sales professional who excels in identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and conveying the value of our services to a diverse clientele.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategize and execute sales plans to meet and surpass sales targets on a commission basis.
- Prospect new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients to expand market presence.
- Perform industry analysis to stay ahead of trends, competitor actions, and market opportunities.
- Offer expert advice and consultations on custom metal fabrication solutions to meet client needs.
- Craft and present compelling sales proposals, negotiate terms, and seal deals.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure client specifications are fully realized.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences for networking and promotion.
- Provide insights to the management team on market trends, client feedback, and product demand.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrable experience in commission-based sales, ideally within the metal fabrication or a closely related industry.
- In-depth knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and materials.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Driven, with a keen focus on achieving sales results.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel as needed.

**Salary**: From $30,000.00 per year
