**Job Profile**:
Our Human Resources team is growing Are you a self-starter and collaborative HR Manager who is passionate about helping people and providing full-cycle human resources support to their assigned business units and the organization as a whole? Providing excellent customer service to all employees and being an advocate for people; while coaching and training various employee groups in a fast-growing dynamic organization, is essential for success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the main HR point of contact within the team and assist in developing and providing solutions to immediate HR issues as they may arise.
- Support the current HR Leader with administrative tasks, various HR projects and key operational responsibilities.
- Maintain a continuous improvement mindset and work in conjunction with the Leadership team to improve and streamline HR processes and programs.
- Lead the development, deployment and execution of HR policies and processes by answering employee inquiries and providing HR guidance to department leads and Managers.
- Maintain, review and edit the employee handbook(s).
- Generates reports and correspondence as needed.
- Provide HR assistance to the Talent Acquisition Team ( i.e creating offer letters)
- Effectively communicate and rollout HR policies, training, compliance, processes and procedures to the entire workforce.
- Collaborate with the leadership group to answer questions, provide guidance and communicate in an effective way to effectively align the needs of the leaders and organization with the needs of the employees.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships across the leadership team, including providing ongoing support, coaching and training on various human resources matters.
- Manage employee relations, including but not limited to: complaints, performance reviews, promotions, compensation, performance management, etc.
- Assist in creating, revising, editing and maintaining company policies and procedures and related documents as needed.
- Participate as a member or lead in various committees (e.g. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Zen Your Mind, Social, Employee Engagement, etc.).
- Other duties as assigned.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a Generalist role dealing with all aspects of HR
- CHRP/CHRL designation is preferred ( or the ability to attain certification)
- Previous Experience in a software consolidator environment is preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability to exercise tact and discretion, along with good judgment and problem solving
- Good knowledge of current employment-related laws and legislation.
- Ability to exhibit professionalism and diplomacy with all levels of the organization even under stressful/high-pressured situations.
- Effective written and verbal communication can reach all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of Leadership Qualities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage competing priorities
