**About the Role**:
The Sales Representative will report to the Production Supervisor. This role will support the creation of a growing sales team in a start-up environment and as such is a unique opportunity. The Sales Representative’s primary responsibilities will be prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business. In addition, you will help develop and implement events’ strategy related to product sales.

**As a Sales Representative, you will.**
- Review existing sales processes and procedures and provide recommendations on how to improve.
- Develop and maintain a targeted sales plan on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Develop the Farmer’s Market strategy for the summer; which should include a budget for each market including assets needed for launch (tents, displays, etc.)
- Hire and train the Farmer’s Market marketing team
- Develop a list of prospective clients and make 100 introductions

**You would be the best fit for this role if you have**
- 2+ years of direct sales experience in the beverage industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Strong sales acumen to identify, qualify, and develop opportunity strategies
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize and mandate time effectively
