Overview

Are you passionate about helping others? Do you want to provide excellent customer service to clients? We are looking for **Customer Care Agents/Client Service Representatives** for our Richmond Office.

In this role, you’ll assist clients with their claims process, ensuring that every client interaction is conducted in a fair, timely, compassionate, and professional manner.

This is a temporary role for approximately 4 (four) months - from May to August - A great summer opportunity for post-secondary students.

We offer a starting hourly wage of $27.25, and activities that support a healthy lifestyle.

In this role, you’ll work from our Richmond office.

What you'll do
- Assist workers with their claims process
- Responding to incoming inquiries about claims and workers’ compensation matters, and triage inquiries as necessary
- Addressing clients’ questions and concerns and update claims files
- Initiating the tele-claim process for injured workers

- Gather information from a variety of sources, including over the phone, in person, and by reading and interpreting information
- Organize, prioritize, and manage a high-volume workload in an environment that requires multi-tasking and includes frequent interruptions
- Clearly, concisely, and accurately explain complex information both verbally and in writing
- Build and maintain rapport with a variety of individuals

In this position, you will be required to work a 7.5 hour shift, Monday to Friday. This shift can be scheduled between the hours of 8:00am to 6:30pm.

**Your experience and educational background**:

- Completion of Grade 12 (post-secondary education is preferred)
- A minimum of 18 months of recent customer service or business experience
- Experience with customer solutions and support
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software
