**We are currently looking for a full-time Cleanroom Team Lead to work at our Hospital Compounding facility in Mississauga.**

**SCHEDULE**:
**Alternate days from 5:30am to 6:30pm**
**DESCRIPTION**:
Making optimal use of professional knowledge and experience in providing first-level supervision in order to optimize our production capacity, the Cleanroom Team Lead is responsible for ensuring the standards required by Fresenius Kabi Canada Hospital Compounding are integrated into all we do.
The Cleanroom Team Lead is primarily responsible for day-to-day operations of the cleanroom, ensuring that productivity is achieved safely while meeting quality requirements. The lead will oversee cleanroom technicians in preparing sterile preparation at the Fresenius Kabi Hospital Compounding facility according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Master Batch Records (MBRs). The Lead is required to compound, pick, inspect, label and package batches regularly. The Lead must have sound knowledge of sterile compounding practices for non-hazardous and hazardous materials, corporate and regulatory standards/requirements and quality management systems. The incumbent must ensure that all functions are performed in a timely and efficient basis so that clients receive quality products with 100% customer satisfaction.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Registered as a pharmacy technician. In good standing with Ontario College of Pharmacists is an asset
- Pharmacy assistant diploma holder from an accredited Canadian college
- Previous team leader experience is an asset
- Minimum 1-2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
- Previous work experience in a quality-oriented pharmacy setting (preference GMP/ISO)
- Previous sterile admixture compounding experience and knowledge required
- Thorough understanding of sterile compounding guidelines, NAPRA, USP 797
- Must be able to understand and comply with standard operating procedures
- Knowledge of GMP practices
- Familiar with 5S processes and Lean Manufacturing Concepts
