- Summary

We’re building a UX/UI team and looking for someone to lead the UX/UI strategy for the complete journey of Intelcom's Clients, Delivery Contractors, Drivers, Consumers and Employees. You will drive user-centric decision making and design while collaborating with specific project owners from the Marketing, Analytics and Insights, IT, Product, Business Development and Human Resources teams. Reporting to the Marketing and IDC Experience Manager, you will be a key player in the digital transformation of a Montreal based company with international expansion.

What you'll do:
- Using an Agile Workflow, you will work closely with internal product owners to embed your experience design process throughout the development, rollout and optimization stages of digital product conception.- Leverage field notes, research, interviews and user data to spawn actionable insights for your experience design process.- Thoroughly map user journeys- Make concise insight driven recommendations to enhance user experience and keep Intelcom on the leading edge of the Last-Mile carrier industry.- Build basic UI wireframes- Test and iterate your recommendations- Use your agility and versatility to provide quick design recommendations for other projects- Contribute to the organization's vision and digital strategy- Let your curiosity drive your continuous search for best practices, market trends and competitive monitoring.- Inspire and influence team members to adopt a human centric approach to planning and problem solving.

What you'll bring:
- Experience in CX or UX strategy and design, Digital strategy or Digital Product conception/design- Knowledge of CRM environments and digital platforms- Strong capacity transform user information and data into insights- Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders of varying seniority and backgrounds- Experience in delivering solutions using design thinking principles- Ability to work in agile methodology- English and French communication skills (verbal and written)
