Sofistic.AI is the Financial Advisor’s best friend. Clients seek personalized advice, regardless of where and how their wealth is invested. Leveraging data aggregation for a comprehensive view of the client's financial situation, and the latest AI technologies to streamline and simplify everyday tasks, we aim to provide Financial Advisors with the tools they need. Our goal is to help them deliver the service their clients dream of, simply and effortlessly.


???? Where we need help ?

We are at the early stages of our journey, and we need the help from a UX/UI designer to:

  • Develop an attractive, seamless and yet simple UX/UI that puts our users at the center;
  • Design innovative interaction methods with AI-powered features;
  • Research & benchmark on best-in class UX/UI for SaaS products in the B2B space;
  • Build high-quality product mockups to guide our front-end friends in their development;
  • Collect user feedback to improve the usability of our product.


???? Who we’re looking for
  • A creative expert - Someone that has extensive UX/UI expertise and knows how to evangelize the value of great, strategic UX/UI.
  • Someone on top of their game - Someone that is on top of the UX/UI tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, Pendo) and will tell us what are the best tools to use on the market.
  • Someone curious - Someone that will get to know our users and take the extra mile to understand what they really need to get their work done, translate their needs into an intuitive and pleasant user experience
  • Someone that acts and reacts quickly - We are the early stage of our journey, we move and iterate fast
  • A Montreal coworker - We are all new joiners, while flexible, we are searching for someone to sit with us in person ~3 days a week.


☀️ A day in a life @ Sofistic
  • You walk/bike/run/fly to our offices in Montreal’s vibrant Cité du Multimedia neighbourhood.
  • First thing first : get some fuel. You grab a coffee and a bagel or banana (or both) from the kitchen.
  • Walk by a coworker trying to open a jar of peanut butter. You help out. Teamwork.
  • Time for the morning standup. You’re on top of your game and have a new wireframe ready for testing. You get two volunteers. Teamwork.
  • Research, design, refine. Research, design, refine. Wow, now this is beautiful.
  • What? Lunch time already? Nice. Let’s get your free lunch with your colleagues.
  • You have the chance to discuss with a financial advisor. You want to test a new workflow with them. You agree to iterate on this one.
  • Design some more.
  • Holy mackerel, Batman Already time to go home.

Sofistic.AI est le meilleur ami des conseillers financiers. Les clients d’aujourd’hui recherchent des conseils personnalisés, peu importe où et comment leur patrimoine est investi. En exploitant l'agrégation de données pour obtenir une vue complète de la situation financièredes clients, et les dernières avancées en termes d'intelligence artificielle pour accélérer et faciliter les tâches quotidiennes des conseillers, nous visons à fournir aux conseillers financiers l’outil dont ils ont besoin. ???? Où a-t-on besoin d’aide ?

Nous sommes au debut de notre aventure, et nous avons besoin de l'aide d'un designer UX/UI pour :

  • Développer une UX/UI attractive, fluide et simple qui place nos utilisateurs au centre;
  • Concevoir des méthodes d'interaction innovantes avec des fonctionnalités alimentées par l'IA;
  • Effectuer des recherches et benchmarks sur les meilleures pratiques en matière d'UX/UI pour les produits SaaS dans le B2B ;
  • Créer des maquettes de produit de haute qualité pour guider nos collègues en développement front-end ;
  • Recueillir les retours des utilisateurs pour constament améliorer notre produit.


???? Qui recherche t-on ?
  • Un expert créatif - Quelqu'un qui possède une expertise demontrée en UX/UI pour les produits SaaS orienté B2B et sait comment promouvoir la valeur d'une UX/UI stratégique.
  • Un professionnel - Quelqu'un qui maîtrise les outils UX/UI (Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, Pendo) et nous dira quels sont les meilleurs outils à utiliser sur le marché.
  • Quelqu'un de curieux - Quelqu'un qui apprendra à connaître nos utilisateurs, qui se dépassera pour comprendre ce dont ils ont vraiment besoin afin d’accomplir leur travail et de le traduire en une expérience utilisateur intuitive, agréable et simple.
  • Quelqu'un qui agit et réagit rapidement - Nous sommes au début de notre aventure, nous concevons et itérons rapidement
  • Un collègue Montréalais - Nous sommes tous nouveaux, et bien que flexibles, nous recherchons quelqu'un pour se joindre à nous en personne 3 jours par semaine.


☀️ Une journée @ Sofistic
  • Tu te rends à nos bureaux dans le quartier animé de la Cité du Multimédia à Montréal, que ce soit à pied, à vélo, en courant, ou en volant.
  • Première étape : recharger les batteries. Tu attrapes un café et un bagel ou une banane (ou les deux) dans la cuisine.
  • En passant, tu vois un collègue essayer d'ouvrir un pot de beurre de peanut. Tu donnes un coup de main. Teamwork.
  • C'est l'heure du stand-up matinal. Tu es au top de ta forme et tu as un nouveau wireframe prêt pour les tests. Deux volontaires. Teamwork.
  • Recherche, conception, amélioration. Recherche, conception, amélioration. Wow, maintenant c'est vraiment beau.
  • Quoi ? C'est déjà l'heure du déjeuner ? Super. Tu vas profiter de ton lunch gratuit avec tes collègues.
  • Tu as l'occasion de discuter avec des conseillers financiers. Tu veux tester un nouveau flux de travail avec eux. Vous convenez de faire des itérations sur celui-ci.
  • Encore un peu de conception.
  • Déjà l'heure de rentrer à la maison, Batman
