**Spécialiste UI/UX (Systèmes critiques pour la mission)**

Nous recherchons un spécialiste UI/UX compétent et passionné pour rejoindre notre équipe travaillant sur des systèmes critiques. En tant que spécialiste UI/UX, vous serez responsable de la création de designs intuitifs et centrés sur lutilisateur pour nos systèmes hautement fiables et sensibles aux délais.

Votre expertise en recherche utilisateur, en architecture de linformation et en conception visuelle sera essentielle pour offrir des expériences utilisateur fluides et améliorer lutilisabilité globale de nos projets critiques.

**Responsabilités**:

- Effectuer des recherches utilisateur pour comprendre les besoins, les objectifs et les comportements des utilisateurs, et les traduire en exigences de conception.
- Développer des maquettes, des prototypes et des maquettes interactives pour illustrer les flux dutilisateurs, les interactions et les concepts de design visuel.
- Collaborer avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires pour définir les exigences de linterface utilisateur et garantir une approche centrée sur lutilisateur tout au long du processus de conception.
- Créer des interfaces utilisateur visuellement attrayantes et intuitives, conformes aux directives de la marque et aux meilleures pratiques dutilisabilité.
- Appliquer les principes de larchitecture de linformation pour organiser des données complexes et les présenter de manière claire et structurée.
- Effectuer des tests dutilisabilité et recueillir des commentaires pour améliorer de manière itérative lexpérience utilisateur et identifier les domaines damélioration.
- Collaborer avec les développeurs de l’interface utilisateur et les développeurs de la partie serveur pour assurer la mise en œuvre harmonieuse des conceptions UI/UX.
- Rester à jour des dernières tendances, technologies et meilleures pratiques en matière de UI/UX, et promouvoir leur adoption au sein de léquipe.
