Psychologist or Psychologist in Supervised Practice

Located in the beautiful Niagara Region, Garden City Psychology is a busy, well established private practice that provides a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for our clients, clinicians and staff. We are looking for a Psychologist or a Psychologist in Supervised Practice to join our team in providing high quality, evidence-based treatment and assessments to our clients.
We currently see children, adolescents, adults, and families. Supervision for couples therapy and therapy with seniors is not currently offered, but autonomous clinicians able to see these populations would be a welcomed addition.
Consultation and support related to a range of therapy modalities are offered, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and CPT. Mentoring related to opening a private practice is also available.

**Required Qualifications**
- Successful completion of an M.A., Ph.D. or Psy.D. in clinical, counselling or school psychology
- Registered, or eligible to register, with the CPO
- Experience providing therapy and conducting assessments
- Well-developed professional writing skills
- Professional demeanor
- A strong working knowledge of complex ethical and legal issues
- Excellent organizational skills
References and a Vulnerable Sector police screening will be required if the position is offered.
