**Job Summary**

**Carefree RV** is one of Alberta’s favourite RV dealerships located in South Edmonton, AB. We sell and service all types of RV's from travel trailers to fifth wheels to luxurious class A motorhomes.

We are looking for a Full-time, Permanent **RV Parts Specialist **to join our Carefree RV team. This person would be knowledgeable in all aspects of RV parts. This person would assist in retail customer purchases, analyze customer requests for parts, and have excellent communication and organizational skills regarding customers and online suppliers. Plus, you must take pride in your work as each happy customer is important to receive valuable information and to feel a ‘carefree’ experience.

**As an **RV Parts Specialist**, you**:

- Have a great attitude, excellent work ethic and are punctual
- Are reliable and self-motivated
- Great telephone and customer service skills
- Can communicate with customers and build a memorable ‘carefree’ experience
- Ability to work under pressure-both independently and as a team
- Possess a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientated
- Must be flexible to work weekends

**Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Knowledgeable in RV Parts and the RV industry
- Assist in retail customer purchases, analyze customer requests for parts by providing information from manuals and online suppliers
- Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and timely processing of part orders and checking part availability
- Follows company policies and procedures
- May consider a person in the automotive field who is looking to branch his/her skillset
- Previous automotive and/or RV experience an asset
