**Position Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Project Management: create and implement innovated, efficient and effective data management tools including form creation and updates. They will work closely with all levels of staff to capture reporting needs and consider the unique capacity of staff roles and responsibility.
- Administration and Logistical Support: oversee the collection, storage and reporting of complex data and outcomes from various departments across the organization. In addition, the Data and Information Manager will support the analysis of data ensuring consistency, quality and integrity of data across the organization.
- Sort, Organize and Report: responsible for sorting and organizing both hard copy data and electronic versions using a consistent approach. This approach will be applied across the organization. They will also provide regular reporting when and where required. This may include regular reporting and also the creation of custom reports.
- Data Collection Management and Preparation: collect, sort and prepare a variety of quantitative and qualitative data for grant reporting requirements and audit reporting where required. This role will work closely with both Development and Finance departments in the collection and reconciliation of information. They will sort, update and merge data files from a variety of sources and assist in the development, administration and collection of surveys, forms and questionnaires.
- Implementation and Communication: provide training to staff on data management tools and technical support to ensure that staff are able to sustain data collection.

**Qualifications**:

- A diploma or degree in a field of study or work experience relevant to the nature of the organization and/or position
- Work from a feminist, anti-oppressive / anti-racist perspective
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Office Applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Planner and Forms
- Intermediate proficiency using Adobe Acrobat Pro and Document Cloud.
- Demonstrated understanding of administrative processes and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
- Able to prioritize tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide in-depth research and analysis in support of organizational initiatives
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and analytical abilities; proactive in anticipating needs, potential problems and adept at mitigating risk
- Self-directed, demonstrated ability to work effectively without constant and direct supervision or guidance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $46,605.00-$51,187.00 per year
