Janssen Inc., a member of the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Territory Manager (Dermatology) to cover AB and SK.

The primary responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

- Achieve sales and business objectives for assigned brands/indications through customer interactions via 1:1, group selling activity and supporting execution of Medical Education within the designated territory
- Demonstrate strong analytical insight, innovative & critical thinking in order to deliver customer value.
- Become an authority in identifying key growth opportunities for the specified region/customer group, and how to optimally plan and invest against those identified drivers as articulated in a prepared formalized territory business plan.
- Become an acknowledged expert within assigned territory by understanding fully the healthcare environment (including customers, products, competitive landscape, reimbursement policy and regulatory).
- Develop a complete understanding of health care delivery within the assigned region and how to position products, technical and educational support, as well as the resources of our patient support program, based on customer needs, and in alignment with our compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with business partners in Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs and Market Access to consolidate plans directed at addressing customer and organizational needs to optimize the patient experience
- Collaborate with colleagues within the sales team, integrating the territory business plans with the purpose to address customer needs as well as goals defined by the business unit to optimize customer and patient experiences.

**Qualifications**:
QUALIFICATIONS:

- A minimum of a University Degree is required
- A proven experience (3 years or greater) in the healthcare industry with a consistent track record of success
- Experience calling on Dermatologists and/or other immunology specialists is an asset
- Results driven and strong sense of demonstrated critical thinking and prudent risk taking
- Strong customer focus and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability (with supportive examples) in business planning skills including: customer engagement, critical thinking, innovative, analytical and entrepreneurial attitude
- Motivated self-starter - demonstrated initiative
- Strong understanding and execution of customer segmentation models and prioritized targeting in line with brand(s) strategies
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Demonstrates a strong learning agility
- High level of business integrity and ethics, including understanding and interpreting the IMC code
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- This position is located in Calgary, AB and requires travel of more than 30% of the time.
