**What YOU Will Do**

Sous la supervision du Directeur(trice) - Formation et développement du leadership, le titulaire du poste conseille et supporte l’équipe Talents, Culture et Leadership - Excellence opération chantier sur l’ensemble des questions relatives à la formation, au développement et à l’intégration des nouveaux employés de supervision chantier.

Plus spécifiquement pour:

- Planifier et coordonner le programme d’intégration en emploi des nouveaux talents en supervision chantier;
- Analyser les besoins en formation des équipes de supervision chantier;
- Animer certaines formations et accompagner l’expert de contenu dans d’autres;
- Créer, organiser et/ou mettre en place les formations internes et externes;
- Évaluer les transferts d’apprentissage et le niveau de satisfaction de formation menée;
- Accompagner les talents en supervision chantier dans leur développement.

Autres responsabilités:

- Contribuer à mettre en place un réseau interne et faire le suivi des nouveaux talents tout au long de leur période d’intégration à l’emploi;
- Répertorier les demandes de formations;
- Être proactif dans la recherche de fournisseurs de formation et établir des partenariats avec ces derniers et autres associations;
- Utiliser une approche proactive pour recruter et développer le réseau de formateurs, de coachs et de mentors à l’interne;
- Collaborer avec l’équipe de conception de formation et d’experts techniques pour maximiser le transfert des connaissances;
- Faire preuve de créativité pour assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance de formation et développement des compétences;
- Être à l’affut des nouveautés et identifier les meilleures pratiques en participant activement à la veille technologique en développement des compétences.

**What YOU Will Bring**
Certification ou diplôme:

- Diplôme reconnu dans le développement des compétences et/ou enseignement;
- BAC en développement de carrière; ressources humaines (un atout);
- DESS en éducation et formation aux adultes sera considéré comme un atout majeur.

Expériences:

- Expérience de 3 à 5 années en développement des compétences chez les adultes;
- Expérience pertinente en animation, coaching et coaching de groupe;
- Connaissance du milieu de la construction sera considérée comme un atout majeur;
- Expérience avec un système LMS (Learning Managing System) un atout.

Compétences:

- Bilinguisme;
- Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office.

Aptitudes:

- Rigueur;
- Sens de l’organisation et dans la gestion de projet;
- Facilité à communiquer à tous les niveaux de l'organisation;
- Grande capacité d'analyse;
- Esprit d’initiative;
- Disposé à se déplacer occasionnellement partout au Canada.
