**Why this role is important?**

Shoppers Drug Mart and Loblaw Companies Limited pharmacies are transitioning to our enterprise pharmacy dispensing system known as New HealthWATCH. The Pharmacy Systems team is growing, and we are looking to hire a **Specialist, Pharmacy Systems Integration Expert **This valued team member will be responsible for providing on-site support and training to pharmacy staff during the implementation process of HealthWATCH and other pharmacy systems. They will lead communication with the pharmacies, ensuring all store readiness parameters have been met before the pharmacy’s launch of the new pharmacy system. The **Specialist, Pharmacy Systems Integration Expert** will work multi-functionally with pharmacies and internal teams to facilitate a pharmacy’s efficient transition from their current pharmacy system to the new pharmacy system.

**We are hiring a Specialist, Pharmacy Systems Integration Expert**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide comprehensive in-store or remote support on the HealthWATCH system and other pharmacy software
- Find opportunities for improvement and provide mentorship on new pharmacy workflow
- Provide dedicated support to Pilot stores for Pharmacy Management System upgrades
- Attend all related meetings for project planning, incident triaging, status updates and troubleshooting
- Liaise with Active Resolution Centre, Loblaw Technology, Rx Operations, Regional, and Corporate Personnel, as required
- Be involved in release management to keep the Rollout Specialist team up to date on enhancements, issues and workarounds in production
- Facilitate training sessions on a variety of topics with the broader team, i.e. “Train the trainer”
- Manage shared mailbox and respond to inquiries within a timely manner
- Manage end-to-end communications to Pharmacies to ensure all readiness parameters are on track
- Manage all communications with pharmacies from T-28 to post-live, ensuring timely delivery of information
- Work closely with the implementation team to coordinate and deliver consistent messaging
- Lead the formatting, linking, updating, and uploading of documents on the HealthWATCH Preparation Portal
- Schedule and coordinate pre-launch and post-launch training sessions with pharmacy staff
- Supervise the onboarding and training of new hire Rollout Specialists
- Up to 90% of travel time

**What You’ll Need**:
This position requires a high level of initiative and judgment to organize and prioritize tasks, workload and projects. A strong ability to influence while maintaining courtesy, tact and subtlety is required in dealing with colleagues in every day working relationships
- Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends) within a fast-paced and demanding schedule
- Valid Driver’s License Required
- Flexibility to travel and work last-minute travel assignments (30-60% of the role involves travelling across Canada).
- 3-4 years Shoppers Drug Mart/HealthWATCH experience
- Expert knowledge of HealthWATCH, MMS and retail pharmacy workflow, preferably within the Enterprise
- Previous coaching or training experience is essential

- Requires specialized interpersonal skills to resolve situations with colleagues where there may be some level of conflict, stress or uncertainty.
