**Job Summary**

- Responsible for ensuring timely execution and completion of a seamless workflow for each new employee.
- Responsible for the procurement and implementation of employee onboarding software.
- Welcomes newly hired employees and executes the engagement plan throughout the onboarding journey; manages the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a great experience for new employees and a smooth start into their roles.
- Prepares and distributes onboarding packages.
- Creates clear policies and employee handbooks that explain company operations.
- Crafts and sends communication with information about the company, onboarding agenda, equipment handover, dress code, parking options, perks and similar items.
- Ensures compliance with all processes and always maintains a high level of confidentiality.
- Challenges status quo and proactively identifies process improvements.
- Identifies innovative and creative new ways to onboard new employees/reach a more scalable and measurable onboarding experience.
- Maintain current knowledge of provincial legislation relating to Employment Standards, Human Rights, Workplace Health & Safety, and Labor laws.
- Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activities.
- Facilitate meetings with Area Directors, Branch HR Staff, Client Service Coordinators or delegates to identify process improvements
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist(s), Practicum Educators and Operations as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and corporate information and discuss same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel
- Complete other tasks as requested

Job Qualification

**Education**
Post-secondary education in related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experiences. Human Resources diploma or in progress is preferred.

**Experience**
Minimum 1+ years of Recruitment experience preferred; having a focus on health care would be considered an asset. Experienced user of technology including MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and human resource information systems (HRIS).
