**Junior Project Expeditor**

The **Junior Project Expeditor** will join the Transmission & Distribution Inspection team in Toronto to assist mainly with project expediting and administrative duties for a large volume of construction projects. Responsibilities are varied but will primarily involve assisting in expediting project needs, organizing and maintaining project records, retrieving project documents, project tracking, facilitating communication, status reporting and liaising with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.

This role will be based in **Toronto, ON**.

**Your role within the team**
- Daily coordination with project operations team to ensure all project initiation needs are processed in a timely manner.
- Retrieve new projects documentation from Client file sharing site.
- Review project construction folders to ensure all required documents were provided.
- Liaison with Client and Contractors to expedite missing or incomplete documents.
- Maintain project trackers with updates on latest project information and statuses.
- Assist with billing and change order requests to ensure they are processed in a timely manner by the appropriate Field Auditor.
- Follow up with Purchase Orders and Change Orders pending Client approval or issuance.
- Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to the Contractor for any administrative or quality non conformances to project processes or requirements.
- Assist with the scheduling of training for field staff and maintaining training records to ensure all training is up to date.
- Assist in archiving project return closeout records in SNC-Lavalin’s project folders.
- Identify any gaps in processes or procedures for continuous improvement.
- Attend and participate in the monthly Safety & Operations Meetings and weekly Toolbox Talks.
- Provide administrative and project support to other team members when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
