**The role**:
Sectra is embarking on a journey to lead PACS replacement projects across Canada. We aim to revolutionize healthcare imaging solutions across regions and provinces, leveraging Sectra's cutting-edge technology and expertise to enhance patient care and optimize medical workflows. As a Change Management Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring that organizational projects and initiatives meet goals on time and within budget by increasing the adoption and use of changes by impacted people. You'll focus on the human side of change, which will involve preparing, supporting, and equipping people to adopt and use changes to processes, systems, technology, and job roles. Your contributions will directly impact Sectra's commitment to delivering excellence and innovation in healthcare IT solutions.

Execute change management strategy within Sectra Canada as developed with Sectra.
Evaluate the impact of change, conduct impact assessments, formulate measures of success for customer sites.
Recommend and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize the adoption and use of required changes.
Assist project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
Support communications efforts by enabling the design, development, and delivery of key communications.
Solicit feedback from stakeholders to determine the success of change management activities.
Provide direct support to managers and supervisors whose teams engage on customer projects.
Collaborate with internal teams to lead Lesson’s Learned initiatives, identifying and monitoring follow up in areas for improvement that enhance customer satisfaction and success.
Support training efforts by documenting stakeholders, establishing training plans tailored to each hospital, establish the training and communication plan, and contribute training delivery.
Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement metrics, tracking progress and making recommendations for improving customer support for each hospital.
We are a hybrid environment.
This is a 12-month contract with the potential to extend another 12 months or transition to a full-time permanent role.

**Le rôle**:
Sectra se lance dans un voyage pour mener des projets de remplacement de PACS à travers le Canada. Nous visons à révolutionner les solutions d'imagerie médicale à travers les régions et les provinces, en exploitant la technologie de pointe et l'expertise de Sectra pour améliorer les soins aux patients et optimiser les flux de travail médicaux. En tant qu'analyste en gestion du changement, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la garantie que les projets et initiatives organisationnels atteignent leurs objectifs en temps et en budget en augmentant l'adoption et l'utilisation des changements par les personnes impactées. Vous vous concentrerez sur le côté humain du changement, ce qui impliquera de préparer, soutenir et équiper les personnes pour adopter et utiliser les changements dans les processus, les systèmes, la technologie et les rôles professionnels. Vos contributions auront un impact direct sur l'engagement de Sectra à offrir l'excellence et l'innovation dans les solutions informatiques de santé.
