**Requisition Number**:97314**

Bilingual Senior Change Management Consultant (Microsoft)

**About Us**:
Insight Canada is building the best professional services practise in the country, and we need our rockstar consultant of the future. Could it be you?

Here’s a little about us, before we dive into the specifics of the role and the person we’re looking for.
- We’re a nationally recognized leader in delivering advanced infrastructure, productivity, and cloud solutions. We build meaningful connections to help businesses run smarter.
- We have an amazing group of people delivering complex solutions to our clients. We support each other, learn from each other, and enjoy each other.
- We empower our consultants to manage their time, we don’t believe in micro-managing.
- We offer flexible work arrangements, there’s no need to sit in a cubicle for 8 hours a day. We care about the quality of the work you deliver and the satisfaction of our customers.
- We offer unlimited training and paid certifications to our consultants in our practise areas.
- We offer an amazing flex benefits plan, RRSP matching, paid time off for volunteering, paid sick days, paid vacations, and much more.
- We believe in work/life balance and rarely work weekends or evenings.

**About the job**:
We’re seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Change Management Consultant to work with our Modern Workplace Collaboration team. Our team focuses mainly on the Microsoft 365 space, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Power Platform, and all the other goodies which live in that world. We do projects that range from migrating thousands of users to the cloud, to helping companies build out their SharePoint Online meta-tagging strategy, to helping clients plan and execute their security roadmap.

Some specific duties of the role would include:

- Providing support and guidance to our clients around Adoption and Change Management, as well as Organizational Change Management
- Delivering training and workshops to our clients
- Providing training on various solutions within Microsoft 365 to our clients and their end users
- Developing and delivering adoption plans
- Developing materials, presentations, and documentation
- Driving new offering development
- Supporting our senior consultants and architects on projects ranging from small to large
- Shadowing and learning from our existing rockstar consultants
- Skilling up in areas where we have a need
- Skilling up in areas where you are interested

**About the person we’re looking for**:
We’re looking for someone with a gregarious personality, comfortable in a client facing role, an ability to learn on the fly, top notch time management skills, and a baseline set of technical and change management skills and experiences. You’re a great communicator, both written and spoken, able to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical people alike.

You’re probably the person on your team who handles change the best, finds that you get bored if you’re not constantly challenged, and who has risen quickly in your career. Your users or clients love you, as you find a way to connect meaningfully with each person you deal with.

Maybe you’re just a couple years into your career, maybe you’ve been in IT for a while. Either way, you’re ready to take that next leap. You may not have done consulting work before, but you probably think building super cool solutions which rarely repeat sounds like a fun and interesting way to spend your day.

In order to make this work, we’re looking for a few technical skills. Any or all, of the following skills would be super useful:

- You’re comfortable leading workshops and interfacing directly with clients in both French and English
- You have a baseline level of technical skills within the Microsoft 365 stack
- You are comfortable being the main point of contact with client facing engagements
- You are comfortable researching and solving technical problems with limited supervision or documentation
- You understand the basics of security and identity within the Microsoft 365 offering
- You have a strong aptitude for learning new technologies and engaging with them in a meaningful way to provide value to our clients.
- You are comfortable with a ‘just in time’ learning approach when necessary
