**Role Description**:
In this position, you will be supporting the commercial sales organization for multiple divisions within Hologic Canada. You will also be responsible for supporting the offer development, contract negotiation, pricing execution and ongoing contract management within your assigned territory.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Offer Development
- Draft standard commercial contracts using appropriate contract templates.
- Prepare commercial proposals, agreements and related documents and cross-divisional customer contracts.
- Build transparent, collaborative, and strong relationships with our customers.
- Promote cross functional and cross divisional strategy, communication, and tactical planning to maximize contract opportunities.
- Work professionally and collaboratively with cross functional and divisional stakeholders.
- Identify and adhere to approval requirements based on established internal policies and procedures.
- Contract Execution
- Interact with customers directly to support the timely execution of contracts.
- Execute contracts in Oracle and/or SFDC in a timely manner once fully contract is signed and accepted.
- Manages and updates pricing in Oracle database and/or in SFDC throughout the lifecycle of the contract.
- Contract Management
- Compile, track, and report on contract expiry reports.
- Report quarterly contract expiry reports in collaboration with the sales representatives.
- Regularly update appropriate contract databases with membership lists, amendments, discontinuations, etc. for contracted GPOs, SSOs and local agreements.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure timely resolution and future prevention of pricing discrepancies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Bilingual: French and English
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and work well within a team
- Strategic planning and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt well to change
- Strong attention to detail skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is a must (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables)
- Strong propensity to learn new software programs/systems
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with contract terms
- Strong problem solving skills

The annualized base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $80,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
