As a **Receiver**, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.

**Requirements**:

- Associates or higher degree required (AS or higher) required at least one year of experience in management role with at least one year of experience in management in an addiction treatment program or facility.
- COVID -19 Vaccination approved exemption status

**Responsibilities**:

- Receiving patients daily. Responsible for answering all incoming calls, providing information to the team and processing all calls into patient care. Responsible for all financial transactions including cash collection, banking, accounting, payroll, etc. along with any associated paperwork.
- Maintaining all records and records of contact between clients, facility, staff, and medical professionals as well as any communication between them and the facility regarding client condition or medical matters.
- Manage any outstanding accounts and ensure adequate funds are always available to cover outstanding payments and receivable balances.
- Ensuring compliance with all financial policies and procedures used to control costs.
- Ensuring adequate staffing levels are always available to work a shift if needed.
- Assistance in any way with client transitions as needed.
- Assistance in any way with client paperwork as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $14.75 per hour
