As a **_Busser_**, you'll actively assist and support our wait staff, ensuring tables are promptly cleared, cleaned, and reset. Your diligence in keeping all workstations well-maintained and stocked will contribute to the smooth flow of our operations. With a keen eye, you'll ensure that all dining areas remain spotless and presentable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist and support wait staff.
- Clear, clean and reset tables.
- Keep all working stations clean and stocked
- Keep all dining areas clean and presentable
- Responsible for preparing the dining room for service
- Responsible for assisting and supporting servers during service
- Responsible for closing the dining room for service
- Clean and restock stations (ex; bringing clean glasses to the bar).
- Assist with placing stock away
- Assist with retrieving stock
- Empty garbage and recycling bins
- Deliver dishes to guests at appropriate tables and seats, under the supervision of the food-expeditor

**Requirements**:

- Must be bilingual (English and French) and 18 years or older
- Pleasant and helpful demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to carry heavy items (25 lbs +) and stand for long hours
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Team-player and customer-oriented
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays

**Responsabilités**:

- Aider et soutenir le personnel d'attente.
- Effacer, nettoyer et réinitialiser les tables.
- Gardez tous les postes de travail propres et approvisionnés
- Gardez toutes les salles à manger propres et présentables
- Responsable de la préparation de la salle à manger pour le service
- Responsable de l'assistance et du support des serveurs pendant le service
- Responsable de la fermeture de la salle à manger pour le service
- Nettoyer et réapprovisionner les stations (ex: apporter des verres propres au bar).
- Aider à placer le stock
- Aider à récupérer le stock
- Poubelles vides et bacs de recyclage
- Livrer les plats aux invités à des tables et des sièges appropriés, sous la supervision de l’expéditeur

**Exigences**:

- Doit être bilingue (français et anglais) et âgé de 18 ans ou plus
- Comportement agréable et serviable
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
- Capacité physique à transporter des objets lourds (11.5 kilos +) et à rester debout pendant de longues heures
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches et à rester calme et professionnel dans un environnement en évolution rapide
- Esprit d'équipe et orientation client
- Flexibilité pour travailler divers quarts de travail, y compris les fins de semaine, les soirs et les jours fériés
