Myticas Consulting's direct client is looking for a experienced Executive Admin Assistant for a 3 Year HYBRID contract in Ottawa.

**The Consultant should have the following qualifications and skills**:

- Post-Secondary certificate in business administration or a related field
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience with administrative support
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize, and switch between multiple tasks as needed with strong attention to detail to deliver high priority items quickly
- Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders' requests
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to different clients' needs
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both official languages and in writing, at all levels of an organization

**Additional Qualifications The following will also be considered**:

- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
