**About the opportunity**
**Who you are**
- Experienced selling Technology and Professional Services solutions to 1 or more of the following verticals: Healthcare, Education, Financial Services, Media, E-commerce, Travel & Tourism and Renewable Energy
- Experience in 1 or more of the following: full stack development, AI/ML, data science, cyber-security and digital marketing
- At least 12 months experience in a sales-related role
- Someone motivated by a career in sales with an innate curiosity to learn

- Polish and professional communicator (written and verbal)

**What you will do**
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various Digital DirAction teams
- Research and identify potential companies and contacts within our Total Addressable Market (TAM) and Ideal Customer profile. This includes thorough verification of contact information
- Learn to follow a well-defined methodology to help identify a customer’s unique needs
- Be an authentic, high EQ representative of the company working on behalf of customers
- Meet and exceed monthly goals, quotas and key performance indicators
- Strategize with AEs to create a map of each assigned territory
- Be a hunter, follow up and chase all connections in a timely manner and add value at every customer touchpoint
- Build a robust network with prospects in the territory
- Utilize marketing campaigns, use cases, sales campaigns, thought leadership content and social media postings to garner attention and interest in Digital DirAction’s solutions
- Appointment setting: schedule appointments for AEs to take forward the sales cycle. This requires a seamless handover of all relevant lead information to ensure a smooth transition and continued cultivation of the relationship

At Digital DirAction, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected pay range is between $65,000 and $100,000. The pay range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (OTE), meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions (uncapped)/sales bonuses and annual base salary. This range may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package.
Pay: $66,000.00-$100,067.84 per year
