**Your Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Manager, Space Management North, this position is responsible for: Triage of project requests. Assign new requests WO numbers and distribute to planning team. Tracking project expenditures. Tracking vendor invoices. Tracking and reporting project status. Preparing Gathering Project status updates KPI reports. E-facilities expert. Back up/follow up for move team Coordinators. Scheduling appointments for Directors and Manager. Coordinating team events. Coordinating travel for team. Maintains schedule of work. Time reporting for two teams. Preparing housing agreements for signature. Processing Housing documents (security deposit refunds) for approval and signature. Other duties related to Real Estate / Space Management business requirements as they arise.

As a Coordinator I, you will require specialized skills and knowledge to support complex projects, procedures, practices or initiatives within a department, program or business unit.

**Required Qualifications**:
Completion of post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent.

**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Certificate in Business Administration Technology, Project Management, or equivalent.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
3 years project coordination/ administrative support/ business support. Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project. Intermediate Excel. People Soft or equivalent. Financial tracking experience. Detail oriented. Ability to handle a fast-paced, changing work environment.
