We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain on going working relationships with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders
- Develop and track project schedules, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure all safety precautions are implemented and enforced
- Coordinate meetings and communicate updated project information to stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and report findings to management
- Analyze construction plans and specifications, and provide input regarding scope, cost estimates, and duration
- Assist in review and approval of invoices and purchase orders
- Provide guidance and support to field personnel

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years Experience in project coordination or construction project coordination
- Proficient in MS Office and outlook
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Excellent decision-making, analytical and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$62,500.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
