Marketing Coordinator

**About the Role**:
- Assist with the implementation of both demand generation and member engagement campaigns
- Assist with building and implementing digital marketing campaigns across multiple marketing platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, HubSpot, WordPress)
- Assist with tracking and reporting to support the analysis on the performance of marketing activities and progress towards meeting goals and targets
- Assist with administrative tasks, including processing invoices, keeping budgets up-to-date and shipping orders for printed marketing materials
- Assist with planning and running semi-annual head office fundraising events
**What You Bring to the Table**:
- Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent experience in digital marketing
- Flexibility and eagerness to learn, help and contribute across a wide array of marketing activities
- Demonstrated analytical thinking skills with the ability to transform data and insights into suggestions for design and process optimizations
- Strong attention to detail with a particular focus on accuracy
- Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships across organizations
**Nice to Haves**:
- Experience in an Insurance or Financial Services organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with digital and data driven marketing practices
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Acrobat Pro)
- Experience using HubSpot, Google, Meta for marketing
- Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite to develop new creative and edit existing creative (e.g., videos, banners, PDFs)
