We are seeking a **Mailroom and Print Clerk.** This position is **in-office (Brantford)** and reports to our Customer Service Manager. We are looking for someone with **mailroom experience** (shipping, packaging, using postage machine), as well as **print experience** (processing runs, such as invoices, newsletters, etc). **General office/administrative experience** would be a strong asset as well.

**Here are some of the responsibilities this role may cover**:

- Operate mailroom equipment, such as: printers, postage machine, folding/stuffing machine, binding/padding machine
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the print room: set up for large print runs
- Prepare packages for shipping and arrange pickups; receive shipments and mail
- Maintain inventory listing for mail room supplies i.e. paper, envelopes
- Data entry and scan documents into the database
- Print invoices and prepare documents
- Provide occasional administrative support
- 1-3+ years of experience in a mailroom, shipping or print role
- Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Bilingualism is a very strong asset, but is not required
- Knowledge or interest in the dairy industry is helpful but isn't required
- Experience within a non-profit is helpful but isn’t required
- **Please note**:_ _this role requires a significant amount of standing, as well as occasional lifting of boxes/parcels weighing up to 25lbs. _

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $38,000.00 per year
