Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to lead our dynamic operations team. This role will be responsible for the supervision of service and maintenance technicians, and project management. The Operations Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently and meet customer expectations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor a team of service technicians and maintenance personnel, ensuring high standards of performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless coordination of field operations, focusing on efficient delivery execution and maintaining open communication to support timely service.
  • Lead and manage special projects related to operational improvements, ensuring they align with company objectives and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement operational processes that enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality across all facilities.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers by ensuring high levels of service satisfaction and addressing any issues that arise on-site.
  • Enforce safety protocols and compliance standards across all operations, conducting regular audits and training sessions.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an operations leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of dispatching and route management principles.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in project management and able to drive initiatives to completion.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and work schedules.
