HR Assistant

**1.** **Responsibilities**:
- Assisting with the daily activities of the HR team.
- Offering clerical support for the HR managers.
- Organizing onboarding experience for new employees.
- Following up on training and development plans.
- Keeping updated HR databases with employees’ records.
- Providing support to managers in HR functions.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee files
- Participating in planning meetings of HR team.
- Keep updated the documents of policies and procedures related to HR department.
- Work in coordination with the accounting department for matters related to payments and benefits.
- Evaluating and recommending sources and resources for the HR process.
**2.** **Requirements** (knowledge, skills, experience, competencies)
- Completion of Secondary School.
- Certificate or Diploma in HR.
- CPHR accreditation is asset.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills, especially time management.
- Dependability and strong ethical values.
- Teamwork.
- Decision making and problem-solving skills.
- At least one year experience in clerical activities.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $46,176.00-$50,321.00 per year
