Jeppesen Canada is currently looking for an Implementation Manager to join their team in Montreal. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) business organization.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Manage, coach, counsel, mentor and provide developmental opportunities and job assignments to enhance employee performance and expand capabilities.
- Maintain a positive, results oriented work environment, building partnerships with direct reports, local and regional teams and across the global organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Work with local team and regional and global colleagues to continuously review lessons learned and identify and implement process improvements.
- In conjunction with regional leadership, plan, adjust, manage and optimize resources for the advancement of organizational goals and objectives
- Support sales with contract negotiations and Crew & NOM product and process knowledge, ensuring each implementation opportunity is setup for success.
- Demonstrates an interest in personal learning and development. Seeks feedback from multiple sources about how to improve and develop; modifies behavior based on feedback or self-analysis of past mistakes. Takes steps to develop and maintain the knowledge, skill, andability to perform.
- Discovers new opportunities and solutions for problems by looking beyond current practices and using innovative thinking. Tries different and novel ways to deal with work problems and opportunities.
- Skill and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.
- Knowledge of Boeing's organizations, processes, program plans, policies and procedures, and products required to effectively perform functional responsibilities of the occupation.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- 3 years of experience in a leadership role (i.e., manager, project manager, team lead, etc.)
- 5 years of aviation industry experience
- 3 years of external client experience
- Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods
- Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- Verbal and written communications skills in French
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, other technical computing or business discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
