**Overview**:
As a Clinic Growth Manager you will be responsible for the creation and execution of business services that help support our client’s businesses
- for both the Phonak and Unitron brands. Working collaboratively with our sales teams, you will focus largely on retention and sales growth of our loyalty program members and key accounts.

**What you’ll do**:

- Support Sales team in delivering strategic practice development support to accounts across the country.
- Support the development and success of value added services and marketing programs.
- Lead Marketing Automation Value Added Service (VAS) programs.
- Lead Partnership VAS programs (through community outreach and medical professionals).
- Support to the Clinic Growth team across brands in ensuring all project requests are briefed and assigned to team within 24 (business) hour turnaround time.
- Support project managers according to their needs in fulfilling each project.
- Ensure proper reporting and documentation for each project.
- Assist in the creation, distribution and tracking of lead generating client marketing projects.
- Lead Face-to-Face and virtual strategy/planning support meetings with RSM and Clinics within assigned region.
- Develop objective focused project briefs with lead capture and clinic marketing strategy clearly defined for team and project managers to produce projects accordingly.

**What you bring to the team**:

- Undergraduate degree with a Commerce and/or Marketing background
- 2 - 3 years of dealing with customers in a professional environment
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational, time-management and follow through skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, work well under pressure, prioritize multiple projects and meet critical deadlines
- Creative mindset with a passion for problem solving for our clients
- Flexible and able to work cross functionally
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
