**In this role**
As a Customer Service & Service Support Representative, the employee requires a strong blend of customer service, technical expertise, and organizational skills to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient services. This is a hybrid role; approximately 50% customer service, and 50% service support. Typically, you will:
- Proactively engage with NSM clients and suppliers to deliver an outstanding customer service experience.
- Contribute to team results by supporting all colleagues to be successful in meeting client needs.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with therapists and other healthcare professionals for equipment demos, trials, or rentals.
- Institute maintenance, service, setup and repair of customer-owned equipment both within the Branch and at the customer's home & facilities.
**Job Requirements**
- Previous experience in customer service for technical items/services.
- 2 years of experience as a customer service representative.
- Manage data within the inhouse systems.
- Previous experience in using power and hand tools.
- A valid class 5 drivers’ license is required
- At least 2 years of experience in CRT (complex rehab technology), accessibility and mobility equipment.
- Lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces and bend frequently.
- Diagnose and solve problems based on customers’ non-technical descriptions.
