Immigration CaseWorker/Admin Assistant

Mann Immigration services is an Immigration consulting firm in GTA growing at a fast pace in the field of Immigration. The Immigration Caseworker and Administrative assistant serves as a direct point of contact for our customers and is responsible for promoting, increasing, developing, facilitating, and maintaining customer sales and customer satisfaction. The immigration Caseworker and Administrative assistant must troubleshoot, problem-solve, communicate, and coordinate with other departments at Mann Immigration to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively engage with Mann Immigration clients through various communication channels to deliver an outstanding customer service experience, making every client interaction an exceptional one
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
- Book appointments
- Focus on helping clients when they need us most, by responding em pathetically to a variety of questions, assisting with a myriad of immigration solutions and resolving client concerns at first point of contact
- Contribute to team results by supporting all colleagues to be successful in meeting client needs
- Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests
- Educate and assist clients with using Mann immigration digital capabilities
- Demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
- Maintain knowledge of client products and/or services
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brampton, ON L6S 0E9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
