**Responsibilities**:
- Lead a team of BOH staff - scheduling, coaching and training all BOH staff
- Ordering, inventory management and costing for all recipes
- Developing new recipes including yield, full cost and documenting all recipes
- Comfortable with a fast paced, high volume restaurant seasonally
- Planning and executing catering menus for private events
- Develop seasonal menu items with a strong focus on pairing with the beers brewed on site
- Maintain communication with the General Manager, Events manager and owners and help out with any requests related to the kitchen
- Ensures recipes, food preparation and presentation meets restaurant specifications
- Maintains a safe and sanitary kitchen environment
- Maintain budgeted food costs and kitchen labor costs
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Food handler certification
