Overview:
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Continuously evaluate and adjust strategies based on market trends and performance metrics

**Collaboration
- **Work with cross-functional teams including Client Services, the full marketing team and agency partners to align digital strategies with overall business objectives.
- Manage partnerships with the Agency’s to create, execute, and measure campaigns with a focus on growth, engagement and reach.

**Campaign Management - **Lead the creation, approval and execution of campaigns for multiple lotteries a year including;
- a social media content calendar for each lottery campaign including influencer content creation.
- Manage the lottery identity, brand, and style guidelines across all digital channels.
- Improve ongoing campaigns based on performance data and insights across all digital channels.
- Lead the planning, scheduling and execution of all digital and social media campaigns, ensuring that campaigns are completed on time and to budget.
- Coordinate content, proofing, testing, and updates of the websites.
- Drive growth for our clients through increased engagement, activity and relevant posts.

**Teamwork
- Work with the Creative Services team to coordinate and organize digital assets/graphics for marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

**Quality Assurance
- **Conduct quality assurance analysis to verify content/visual accuracy, brand alignment, and messaging aligns with goals of the campaign.

**Market Research and Analysis
- Monitor analytics and adjust plans while in campaign to maximize results and ROI across all digital channels.
- Work with analyst to undertand overall campaign performance and provide insights and key learnings to other departments.

**Team Leadership
- **Lead and mentor a team of marketing specialists and coordinators.

**Fiscal Responsibilities

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary degree/diploma in communications, marketing or related discipline
- Experience with vendor management
- The ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in a high-volume production environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proof-reading skills and a keen eye for detail
- Intermediate level skills with MS Office
- Highly organized and strong planning skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with data and draw relevant insights
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and the role of electronic direct marketing and web-based content in the consumer journey
- Understanding of website UX is an asset

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
