**The Team**

The team responsible for managing SECURE’s land asset base works collaboratively to ensure smooth and efficient land operations. The team is dedicated to maintaining compliance and accuracy in all land-related processes, from handling OneCall tickets to managing Surface Land Rentals and Third Party Agreement requests. With a focus on supporting both Surface and Mineral Land tasks, the group values attention to detail, initiative, and strong communication skills. Together, they prioritize accuracy, integrity, and timely execution in their work, contributing to the overall success of SECURE’s land management operations_._

**Work Environment**

This is a full-time position, on a 6 month fixed term contract.

**A Day in The Life**
- Processing of daily OneCall tickets
- Processing of Land related invoices through OpenInvoice (ie. Road Use)
- Processing of monthly Surface Land Rentals to ensure compliance and timely payment
- Processing of Third Party Agreement requests through Tressl
- Processing of Road Use Agreement requests through Pandell Roads
- Generating and issuance of Road Use Invoices (LETs)
- Support for SSA and Team Lead as required such as setting up and/or maintaining Surface agreements in Land System, processing rental reviews, filing, preparing Land documents, assisting to execute on internal Land projects
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data input into Land System (CS Explorer)

**Skills, Experience, & Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 yrs Surface Land experience
- Post-secondary certificate, degree or diploma in land or related field
- Proficiency in using CS Explorer including Optix with experience in the following programs being an asset: SPINII, ETS, EDS, OneStop, ISC, Abadata, Pandell Roads, Tressl, Excel, OpenInvoice
- Excellent organizational, analytical and administrative skills including written and verbal communication
- Effective time management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines and to be able to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
