Network Administrator

Our client is construction is looking for a Network Administrator / IT Support Technician with a passion for technology and relentless learning.
You will be an essential member of our IT department, responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees. Reporting to the Senior IT Manager, you will work closely with our team to resolve various IT issues efficiently and effectively.
**Responsibilities**:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, including network connectivity issues, printer malfunctions and software errors.
- Install, configure and maintain computer systems, including desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
- Assist with software updates, patches and system upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Educate and train employees on IT best practices and procedures to prevent future issues.
- Document all support activities, including troubleshooting steps and resolutions, in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the Senior IT Manager and other team members to implement IT projects and initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
