**Compensation**
- **$55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.**

**Summary**

The Business Systems Implementor will play a key role in ensuring the smooth setup, testing, and integration of new systems, while providing essential training and support to users. This role requires a mix of technology, business analysis, and accounting knowledge. This role is responsible for performing strategic business analyses for various departments in support of corporate goals and objectives. This includes cataloguing and documenting business processes to discover inefficiencies, re-engineering processes to meet the company's business and technology plans, and training users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems. As such, this individual will be a key liaison between the IT department and business units.

**Requirements**:

- Preference given to applicants with a university degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business administration, or/and equivalent related experience.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant business experience encompassing areas such as accounting, business systems, administration, and/or bookkeeping.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and a strong aptitude for quickly learning and adapting to new software systems.
- General tech-savviness and the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Strong critical thinking skills to analyze problems, identify solutions, and recommend improvements.
- Meticulous attention to detail, particularly during data entry and system configuration tasks.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members, stakeholders, and users.
- Prior exposure to multiple accounting and project management systems is highly preferred.
- Experience with report setup, process understanding, data cleaning, and training.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing business and technical requirements.
- Demonstrated experience modeling and mapping business processes using proven methodologies and models.
- Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing re-engineered business processes and associated software and hardware.
- Direct knowledge of database management and various data retrieval methodologies, including data importing to spreadsheets, graphs, etc.
- Able to write operational procedures in both technical and user-oriented language.
- Ability to troubleshoot business process changes, errors, and subsequent modifications; must be able to do this with the work of other analysts.
- Able to interpret the operational requirements of end users, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Self-starter and highly motivated to make proactive changes.
- Ability to accept and integrate constructive feedback from co-workers.
- Effective deadline management and project management skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
