- **Department Overview**:
Global Trade Finance Operations International processing hub is located in Montreal with spoke locations in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Houston and Singapore. We are a team of over 95 experienced professionals who offer a full range of trade products and are dedicated to providing world class service to our customers located all over the globe.
- Prioritize, process, manage and monitor day to day operations of the team efficiently
- Participate in monthly reporting/reconciliation tasks
- Ensure appropriate controls are in place to minimize risk
- Provide technical advice to clients/partners
- Ensure adherence to TD internal policies and regulatory guidelines
- Demonstrate strong process management skills
- Demonstrate basic understanding of Trade Finance and willing to learn ICC rules and regulations like (UCP 600, ISP 98 and URDG758)
- Delivering timely and efficient services as per Service Level Agreements
- Ensure consistency & accuracy of the process
- Identify/escalate potential risks and operational gaps; recommend and document resolutions
- Ensures due diligence is completed as part of all transactions, as per terms of the trade finance AML procedures
- Execute on ad-hoc requests

**Job Requirements**
- Strong communications skills (oral and written) in English and French
- Experience in Trade Finance/ banking operations/banking industry considered an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with basic AML procedures and requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office an asset
- Proven skills in providing excellent customer service and managing client relationships
- Teamwork oriented professional
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, International Business or other related Discipline
- Nice to have CDCS or CSDG but not mandatory
