We are continuously looking to add talented individuals to our Operations team as Management Consultants . As part of our Operations team, Consultants work 100% on site with our clients at leading companies throughout North America.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing and redesigning work processes and management systems using interviews, observations, data analysis, and various analytical techniques to identify performance and productivity barriers.
  • Working directly on-site with our clients and building relationships with client managers to train, coach and influence them to change the way they work.
  • Providing support to client managers to implement changes and ensure they generate measurable financial results.
  • Design reporting tools that allow increased visibility within the business and enhanced management controls.

We are looking for people whoenjoy seeing the tangible, measurable results of their work; enjoy working in a team environment; have a focus on continuous process improvement and change management; enjoy the hands-on nature of the work; and have no problems travelling 100% of the time. Our teams work across North America in smaller project teams, collaborating with clients to remove barriers to their performance and helping them achieve sustainable bottom-line results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required (business education preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex business ideas across all levels in an organization. English is a requirement; French and Spanish are an asset.
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated experience in leadership/coaching.
  • Advanced analytical and solutioning skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel 4-5 days/week across North America and occasionally on international assignments. 
  • *NOTE: All employees are required to have a valid passport and be eligible to qualify for a TN work visa under NAFTA (must be a Canadian, American or Mexican citizen).
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

La personne retenue aura comme responsabilités :

  • L’analyse et la refonte de processus de travail et d’outils de gestion au moyen d’entrevues, d’observations, d’analyse de données et d’autres techniques analytiques, afin d’identifier les obstacles à la productivité et la performance.
  • Un travail direct avec nos clients et le développement de liens avec leur équipe de gestion, ce qui permettra de mieux les coacher et de leur donner la formation pour les outiller et les orienter vers les changements de comportements nécessaires.
  • Le support aux gestionnaires, à travers la gestion et l’implantation du changement, menant à la réalisation des objectifs financiers mesurables établis.
  • La conception d’outils d’analyse et de rapports qui améliorent la visibilité, le contrôle et la gestion de la performance.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’individus qui apprécient la réalisation tangible de leurs efforts; aiment travailler en équipe; mettent l’accent sur l’amélioration continue et apprécient l’aspect pratique des tâches qui y sont reliées; n’ont pas problème à être sur la route à temps plein.

Les exigences:

  • Un baccalauréat est requis. Les disciplines de gestion des affaires sont préférables.
  • D’excellentes aptitudes à communiquer à l’oral et à l’écrit. Les candidats doivent maîtriser l’anglais. La maîtrise du français et de l’espagnol sont des atouts considérables.
  • De l’expérience professionnelle et détenir le sens des affaires.
  • Une présentation impeccable et l’habilité de communiquer de façon efficace avec les membres des différents niveaux d’une organisation.
  • Une capacité d’analyse avancée et une grande attention aux détails.
  • La capacité de voyager et d’être en déplacement 100% du temps, et ce, à travers l’Amérique du Nord ou à l’étranger.
  • *NOTE : Tous les employé(e)s doivent détenir un passeport valide et être éligibles à l’obtention d’un visa de travail dans le cadre de l’ALENA (et doivent donc avoir la citoyenneté Canadienne, Américaine ou Mexicaine).
