**Résumé**:
Relevant du Directeur logistique, le Spécialiste Logistique a pour mandat principal de coordonner toutes les activités reliées au transport des matières premières et des produits finis. Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec le Planificateur/relanceur et le Superviseur Logistique afin d’optimiser l’utilisation des ressources tant humaines que matériels pour la réception et la livraison des marchandises dans les meilleurs délais possibles.

**Responsabilités**:

- Établir la cédule de travail des camionneur-caristes en collaboration avec le superviseur expédition pour le déplacement des remorques entre les quais de chargement et pour les cueillettes et les livraisons de marchandises;
- Planifier les rendez-vous pour la livraison des matières premières auprès des fournisseurs;
- Planifier et coordonner l’utilisation des différents quais de chargement;
- Planifier et coordonner l’utilisation des remorques avec les différents transporteurs
- Coordonner le chargement des remorques dans SAP
- Préparer et communiquer des instructions spécifiques relatives au chargement des remorques au superviseur expédition sur différents quarts de travail;
- Préparer la documentation nécessaire relative au transport de marchandise au Canada et aux États Unis;
- Planifier et faire exécuter l’inspection et l’entretien des tracteurs et remorques au besoin ou selon les calendriers d’inspection de la SAAQ;
- Recevoir et distribuer les colis en provenance des services de messageries;
- Participer au décompte cyclique et périodique de l’inventaire;
- Analyser les écarts d’inventaire dans les expéditions
- Rapporter à son supérieur, tout problème relié à la qualité des produits alimentaires.

**Qualifications**:

- Suite Microsoft Office (particulièrement Word et Excel);
- Connaissance avec le système ERP SAP
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (parlé et écrit);
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire;
- DEC en Logistique du transport ou formation académique pertinente.

- Facilité à travailler en équipe;
- Sens de l’organisation et de l’analyse;
- Autonomie;
- Capacité de travailler sous pression.

**Logistics Analyst**

**Reports to the Logistic Manager**

**Summary**:
Reporting to the Logistic Manager, the Logistic Specialist is mainly responsible for coordinating all activities related to the transportation of raw materials and finished products. He or she will work closely with the Planner/Replenisher and the Warehouse Supervisor on optimizing the use of human and material resources in order to receive and deliver merchandise as quickly as possible.

**Duties**:

- Coordinate truck drivers’ delivery of finished products to the distribution centre, the movement of trucks between the loading docks, and pickup and delivery of merchandise.
- Schedule appointments with suppliers for the delivery of raw materials.
- Plan and coordinate the use of loading docks.
- Plan and coordinate the use of trailers with different carrier
- Coordinate the loading in SAP
- Draw up and communicate specific truck loading instructions to the various work shifts.
- Prepare the necessary documentation for transporting the merchandise.
- Plan and oversee the inspection and maintenance of tractors and trucks, as required or as per SAAQ inspection schedules.
- Receive and distribute packages from courier services.
- Participate in cycle and periodical inventory counts.
- Investigate inventory discrepancy during shipping
- Report any food quality problems to the Production Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)
- Knowledge of SAP ERP
- Proficiency in spoken and written French and English
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Diploma of college studies in trans
