Responsibilities:

- Request and gather required documents from clients, employees, or other stakeholders.
- Ensure timely collection of all necessary documentation
- Verify the authenticity and completeness of the collected documents.
- Check for any discrepancies or missing information and rectify these issues promptly.
- Categorize and file documents systematically, both in physical files and digital formats.
- Maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval and reference.
- Implement and follow confidentiality protocols to protect sensitive information.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests for information.
- Assist in preparing documents for submission to relevant authorities or for internal processing.
- Ensure that all submissions are correctly formatted and comply with required standards.
- Manage and maintain digital databases for document storage and retrieval.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within document management systems.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in administration or a related field is an asset.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in document management, filing, or administrative roles.
- Experience in an immigration consultancy or law firm is preferred.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
