**Primary Responsibilities**
- Actively work as a liaison between Manufacturing, Team Members, Talent and Development
- Responsible for overseeing all agency communications; as well as assisting Site Leaders, Operations Leaders, Shift Leaders, and Team Leaders with Team Member employee relations
- Communicate to agencies FGF policies, protocol and new initiatives
- Reviews resumes and coordinates interviews with Agencies and Operation Leaders
- Work closely with Operations Leaders and T&D to determine current and upcoming Staffing needs.
- Gathers feedback from agencies on an ongoing basis, regarding our internal requests and summarizing challenges in order to create an ops/agency action plan always striving for continuous improvement
- Manage and oversees all training required documentation for Key Roles (Mixers, Depositors)
- Manage/document Training Incentive Program Tracker as required with Operations Manager per plant
- In conjunction with all key stakeholders, problem solve and trouble shoot any issues or challenges.
- Actively participates as a Health & Safety advocate as required.
- Oversees any Team Member payroll issues to ensure they are resolved.
- Manage the daily payroll approval process for production Team Members and manage the Time and Attendance system for hourly plant staff
- Set up new Team Members in the Time and Attendance system
- In conjunction with Operations Leaders, and T&D Business Partners, assists and participates in most Progressive Disciplinary situations related to Team Associates (agency workers).
- In conjunction with T&D Business Partner, assists and participates in most Performance Evaluations related to Team Associates (agency workers) along with the appropriate Operations Managers
- Assist with T&D/Operations projects as assigned
- Covers off for other Site Coordinators as required.

**Required Experience**
- Minimum 1-2 years related experience in Human Resources, in a Manufacturing Environment or Warehouse
- Strong understanding of employment legislation specific to Ontario. (i.e.) Employment Standards Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, etc.
- Good understanding/working knowledge of HR policies/procedures and employee relations
- Proven competency in the operation of key office software and productivity tools such as: MS Office suite of tools, working knowledge of an HRIS.
- Experience/knowledge of WSIB
- ** Valid driver’s license required**
