Coordination with internal Stakeholders such as Project Management team and external Stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and timelines, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
Keep accurate records of project expenses, materials, and manpower utilization.

Responsibilities
- Site Superintendent will be responsible for all supervision on-site, managing subcontractors and trades.
- Coordination with internal Stakeholders such as Project Management team and external Stakeholders.

- Input/track accurate records of project expenses, materials, and others.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as an ICI Superintendent, managing institutional/commercial large scale, complex projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Gold Seal Certified preferred.
- Knowledge of LEED certification and sustainable building practices preferred.
- Proficient with construction software and tools.
