Ventilation & Air Conditioning) space. New investors have recently joined to support the active management team, and the company is looking to build a larger foundation for continued growth. The office is located at 360 Bay St., and we want good people to join our team as we look to make ourselves the best company in our industry.

Position: Full-time Customer Service Representative

Role Duties:

- Managing bookings for audit dates in the provinces we operate in.
- Communicating with the Operations department on audit updates.
- Managing inbound calls to ensure they are addressed by the correct individuals.
- Dealing with customers to book appointments for installations.
- Doing ‘welcome calls’ to new customer to introduce 1Click and explain how we can work effectively together in the future.
- Providing assistance to the Sales and Operations team in order to deliver the best customer service in our industry.

Experience: o Customer Service experience is an asset, however an outgoing personality and a sincere want to deliver outstanding customer service is key.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- We will provide training for the rest.

Reporting to: Head of Sales Department

Compensation: o $42,000 - $48,000 depending on experience and knowledge
- Participation in the company’s benefit program
