As a Bilingual Modification Technician in our Individual Insurance division, you will work under the supervision of a team leader to process any policy changes as per agent/client requests and correspond with advisors and internal partners on urgent cases.

This role would be for a one year contract with a strong possibility for extension.

**What will I be doing in this role**:

- Processing policy changes as per agent/ client requests.
- Corresponding on Business tracker with advisor.
- Corresponding on urgent cases with internal partners.

**What are we looking for**:

- General college degree/diploma is required.
- 2-3 years of relevant industry experience will be preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Keen attention to detail and high accuracy in order to process insurance documents.
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook

**What would be an asset but not required**:

- Experience of working in an Insurance Administration division or an MGA
- Knowledge of life insurance

**Compensation**
- The typical hiring range for this position is from $50,000 and $55,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on location and may vary depending on skills, job-related knowledge, experience, and internal equity._
